For the workshops of our Rail Transport Department, we are looking for a:

CFC AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN (M/F)

• Workplace Tramelan
• Activity rate 100%
• Start date 1st September 2026 or to be agreed

Activities

• Carry out disassembly, reassembly and overhaul of sub-assemblies in our workshop
• Ensure troubleshooting and diagnostics in the area of activity
• Perform fault detection by reading diagrams and using dedicated software
• Maintain onboard networks and their interfaces
• Provide necessary support to various team leaders
• Carry out all types of workshop work during projects or rolling stock refits

Required profile

• CFC in automation technician, mechanic-electrician or equivalent qualification
• Experience in electrical construction and maintenance
• Good knowledge of Ethernet and CAN bus networks
• Good knowledge of low and/or medium voltage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Driving licence (car), category B
• Residence preferably close to the workplace (technical post)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good physical condition
• Versatility and flexibility
• Ability to adapt to technological evolution
• Open to technical and company-specific training
