For the workshops of our Rail Transport Department, we are looking for a:
CFC AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN (M/F)
- Workplace Tramelan
- Activity rate 100%
- Start date 1st September 2026 or to be agreed
Activities
- Carry out disassembly, reassembly and overhaul of sub-assemblies in our workshop
- Ensure troubleshooting and diagnostics in the area of activity
- Perform fault detection by reading diagrams and using dedicated software
- Maintain onboard networks and their interfaces
- Provide necessary support to various team leaders
- Carry out all types of workshop work during projects or rolling stock refits
Required profile
- CFC in automation technician, mechanic-electrician or equivalent qualification
- Experience in electrical construction and maintenance
- Good knowledge of Ethernet and CAN bus networks
- Good knowledge of low and/or medium voltage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Driving licence (car), category B
- Residence preferably close to the workplace (technical post)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good physical condition
- Versatility and flexibility
- Ability to adapt to technological evolution
- Open to technical and company-specific training
