The operating theatre, located on our Delémont site, brings together a multidisciplinary team committed to optimal care for patients requiring various surgical procedures. Prioritising safety, quality, and continuity of care, we perform over 5,000 interventions each year in fields such as general surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology-obstetrics, urology, and other specialties.
The anaesthesiology department is looking for a candidate for a start immediately or as agreed:
Nurse Anaesthetist
Responsibilities
- Provide individualised care for all patients undergoing surgical procedures, delivering complex quality care autonomously and under medical delegation in collaboration with anaesthetist doctors.
- Ensure continuity of information and accuracy of handovers.
- Collaborate effectively with recovery room staff and other operating theatre personnel.
- Work closely with hospital wards in the follow-up of post-operative pain management.
Qualifications
- Nurse anaesthetist diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Recognition by the Red Cross for foreign diplomas (or to be requested).
- Experience in a multidisciplinary operating theatre would be an asset.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and dynamic environments.
- Analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
