The EMS X Sionge, located in the heart of Gruyère, welcomes 74 certified nursing assistants. The EMS X Sionge hosts 74 residents spread over two human-sized sites in Sâles. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in EMS care. Strong interest in person-centered approaches (the human at the center, Montessori method, listening care, kindness towards residents). Proficiency in spoken French. Ability to adapt to changes, a sense of priorities, and team spirit. Your missions: Participate in the care and individualized high-quality support for residents.
