Our client, a well-established company in the Vevey region, is seeking a Certified General Accountant to strengthen their finance team.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the complete management of general accounting up to closing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
- Perform account reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Collaborate with various departments on financial matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Profile sought:
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training.
- French-speaking, fluent in English.
- Proficient in one or more ERPs.
- Proven experience in general accounting in Switzerland.
- Mastery of closings and Swiss accounting standards.
- Good knowledge of Swiss VAT.
- Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented personality.
