This position is embedded within the dynamic Client Marketing team, which is built on four key pillars: Client Relations, Client Services, Client Insights, and Client Marketing Data & Knowledge.
**Empowering Client Knowledge**
As an International Client Data Analyst, you'll be part of the Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team, reporting to the **Head of International Client Data Science and Analytics**. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Maison's Client Knowledge strategy with the roll-out of the Client Advanced segmentation. You will collaborate with very diverse teams (Product Marketing, Client Marketing centrally and regionally, Group Technology, Cartier Data Office-) to create synergies; leveraging both your business and technical skills.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Be the Customer Knowledge Business Insight Owner**
* **Enrich & maintain our Client Analytics** Platform for Customer Knowledge (data related to transaction and clients, including purchase patterns).
* **Define enhancement roadmap:** Liaise with our region champion and our central users to gather the needs, refine and prioritize the enhancement roadmap of the Customer knowledge data in our Analytics Platform.
* **Test and document:** Test new enhancements and document them to ensure good understanding of our 800+ active users.
* **Share Knowledge:** Train and support users on the reports, empower them to extract valuable insights and leverage the data effectively. Enable community sharing on best practices analysis.
**Roll-out our Client Advanced segmentation**
* **Project Management:** Lead the organization of the transversal organization of the project from kick-off to launch; liaising with the regions and the central teams.
* **Define the Advanced segmentation****:** In close collaboration with the Client Data scientist and the region, define the different segments in alignment with the regional business priorities.
* **Champion adoption:** Accompany regional team in building and enforcing their adoption plan, ensuring transversal usage of the client advanced segmentation.
* **Facilitate best practice sharing:** Leveraging examples from launched regions, foster sharing and highlight best practices.
**Search for ****strategic insight on our Clients- behavior to drive decision**
* **Answer Business Questions:** Deep-dive in the Client Marketing data to conduct analysis and extract strategic insights to answer our business stakeholders and drive Customer insights based on our 1st party data.
* **Master presentation:** Deliver impactful and actionable learnings by adapting presentation to audience.
* **Diffuse Client Knowledge:** Identify key audiences and share the insight and the methodology to autonomize our community.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* **Academic Background:** You have 5+ years of experience in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or from a generalist Engineering/Business school with a specialization in data.
* **Analytical Mindset:** You possess a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to data analysis.
* **Technical Proficiency:** You have proven experience with SQL and ideally some knowledge of a data visualization tool (Looker would be highly appreciated, Power BI is a plus).
* **Organizational and Project management Skills:** You are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively. You know how to lead a project from kick-off to closure; working in a highly transversal and collaborative context.
* **Communication & Collaboration:** You excel at communication, collaboration, and organization, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
* **Language Fluency:** You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
* **Office Suite Proficiency:** You are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
