We offer a warm welcome, competent and personalized advice, a wide assortment of [number] items and more than [number] promotions each week.Cashier - Receptionist at 100%Your responsibilities:Guarantee a warm welcome to our customers, develop contact and ensure professional service towards our clientele.Cash registers:Ensure fast checkout, with rigorous product scanning and the filling, organization and monitoring of products under your responsibility (stationery, professional clothing, candles), ensuring their availability.Ensure the security of the checkout area and control the exit of goods in accordance with procedures.Reception:Answer the phone, transfer calls.Develop the existing clientele, process and respond to requests and complaints from customers with kindness and professionalism and ensure the follow-up of customer card requests, in collaboration with customer service.Perform and control the monitoring of safe transactions, detect and correct errors.Transmit daily reports to the accounting department with supporting documents for gift vouchers, restaurant clubs and differences.Profile:Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee, Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a retail specialist, or equivalent qualification.Confirmed experience in reception and at the cash register.
