On behalf of one of our clients located in Lausanne, we are looking for a Case Manager for a temporary assignment until December 31.Responsibilities- Reception and management of incoming telephone calls and management of the general mailbox, analysis of requests and forwarding them independently- Coordination and planning of specialized transport for people with reduced mobility- Establishment of coverage guarantees and monitoring of medical expenses – individual files- Receipt and verification of care invoices- Transmission of documents to health insurance companies and monitoring of reimbursements- Checking of statements and detection of potential inconsistencies- Recording of invoices in business tools for payment processing- Management of open invoices, reminders, and unpaid items- Processing and monitoring of third-party payment files- Independent management of current files and reporting of specific cases in accordance with internal procedures- Depending on the evolution of the department's needs, additional activities related to social insurance and medical cost management may be entrusted to youProfile- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or equivalent- Solid experience in the field of social insurance, with good knowledge of the sector- Confirmed experience in processing medical invoices and statements (third-party payment)- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken- Organized, autonomous, precise person with good analytical skills and a keen sense of prioritiesInterested?If this position matches your profile, we look forward to receiving your complete application. jidde0c0b3aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
