Attached to the Vaud Judicial Order, the Cantonal Commercial Register Office serves to establish and identify companies, notably to determine the regime of
representation and responsibilities.

To complete the existing team, the Cantonal Commercial Register Office, which employs nearly 20 collaborators, is looking for a Case Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming mail and carry out various administrative tasks of the office.
  • Process registration requests either at the counter or online.
  • Collect, sort and process requests for extracts and documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy of published registrations, as well as the completion and filing of files.

Qualifications

  • Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee, or any equivalent qualification.
  • Rigour and precision.
  • Good organisation and ability to work independently within a team.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of common IT tools, speed, rigour, precision and discretion.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record less than 3 months old.
