## About Our Client ##
Our client is an organisation currently modernising its HR practices, with a strong emphasis on employee experience, inclusion, and long-term workforce sustainability. The Case Management role is embedded in a newly established HR structure focused on human development.
## Job Description ##
* Proactively identify long-term absence cases (over one month) and ensure timely and structured follow-up.
* Conduct case evaluations in collaboration with HR Business Partners and line managers.
* Assess the needs of employees on extended medical leave and co-develop individual follow-up plans.
* Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (HR, managers, occupational health) and external partners (medical advisors, AI, social insurance institutions).
* Guide employees through the reintegration process and provide tailored support throughout.
* Initiate early detection procedures and support the AI application process, including assistance with documentation.
* Coordinate consultations with medical advisors and follow up on medical certifications.
* Handle all case-related administration (letters, vacation adjustments, documentation tracking).
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on employee health status and follow-up interventions.
* Monitor and report on KPIs related to long-term absences.
* Lead or participate in improvement projects related to long-term absence management.
* Contribute to the continuous development of internal processes and guidelines in collaboration with other HR functions.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in corporate case management and/or reintegration within the context of social insurance systems (AI or similar).
* A postgraduate qualification (e.g. CAS in Case Management) is an asset.
* Prior experience in the public or institutional sector is highly valued.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a balance of empathy, tact, and assertiveness.
* Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with diplomacy and clarity.
* Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency (C1 level or above).
* Solid command of MS Office and comfort with administrative processes.
* High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive information with care.
* Autonomous, organised and capable of handling a high volume of diverse cases.
