As part of our development, we are looking for:

Your mission:

• Ensure the collection and distribution of mail.
• Arrange conference rooms for various events according to organisers' requests.
• Carry out internal relocations on site as requested.
• Act urgently to retrieve equipment required for production, as requested.
• Be responsible for the showroom activity, including welcoming staff for trying on standardised clothing.
• Welcome and assist partner companies, except in technical areas.
• Use the ticketing tool to manage requests.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE rules defined by the client and DOSIM.

Your profile:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Hotel experience is an advantage.
• Thanks to your service skills and customer orientation, you can guarantee a high-level service for a demanding clientele.
• You are able to manage several tasks simultaneously and adapt to the varied needs of the role.
• Your organisational skills allow you to coordinate various tasks effectively.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to varied, sometimes urgent requests, with responsiveness and efficiency.
• Good IT skills.
• Driving licence required.
