Balcons du Lac brings together the EMS in Montreux, the EMS Laurelles in Territet, the EMS in Blonay, two temporary reception centers in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs approximately 180 people.As part of our management team, we are looking for a personality capable of combining excellence in care, local leadership, and a vision for the future to lead the care teams of our EMS in Territet as:Care and Support Manager (Nurse)Your mission:As a member of the management team, you are responsible for the quality of care and support for residents. On a daily basis, you:- manage all nursing activities of the establishment;- accompany, develop, and inspire nursing and care teams;- ensure the provision of humane, individualized care that complies with professional standards;- actively participate in institutional projects and continuous improvement;- maintain trusting relationships with residents, their families, doctors, and network partners;- ensure nursing on-call duties on a rotating basis with other nurses in the institution.This position offers real room for maneuver to evolve practices and contribute to the development of our institution.Your profile:- Bachelor's degree in nursing (HES) or equivalent title. If a foreign diploma, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required;- Certificate in management (CAS or federal certificate);- Specific complementary training in geriatrics (specific modules, aging person option, CAS or DAS recognized by the Canton of Vaud);- Professional experience of at least 5 years, including 3 years in a managerial role;- Very good knowledge of the Vaud socio-sanitary network and the region;- Domiciled within a maximum of 35 minutes of the establishment to ensure nursing on-call duties;- Driver's license and private vehicle;- Interest in the elderly and ease of contact;- Responsible, organized, autonomous, and rigorous person;- Team spirit, interdisciplinarity, and sense of responsibility;- Analytical and problem-solving skills;- Good knowledge of tools and especially common business software in the field (DIR, PEP, etc.);- Knowledge of the CCT of the Vaud parapublic health sector and social rules.We offer:We offer you more than just a job.
