**Position Summary**

To complete our Phone Services and Call Center Department, we are currently looking for a Call Center Agent.

In this role, you will manage the Group-s central telephone center as well as the internal call center of all our sites, based in Vevey, by delivering a first-class service.


**A Day in the Life of a Call Center Agent**


* Handle internal and external calls within a short timeframe
* Ensure adequate transfer of internal and external calls while respecting our internal processes
* Ambassador of the group's image when interacting with customers
* Provide efficient answers in case of critical situations
* Analyze requests, monitor incidents and ongoing requests
* Perform various administrative tasks


**What will make you successful**


* CFC or equivalent
* Previous experience in a reception or front desk
* Good command of the MS Office tools
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
* Fluent in English & French and good level of spoken German, Swiss-German is a plus
