A Café Restaurant has reached out to us to find their future: Café Restaurant Manager (M/F).Café Restaurant Manager (M/F)MISSION DESCRIPTIONManager – Opening of Café-Restaurants (100%)As part of the opening of two new café-restaurants located in Carouge and Grand-Saconnex, we are looking for a passionate Manager, capable of leading a project from its launch and ensuring its long-term success.A true pillar of the project, you will ensure the overall management, human resources, and operation of two establishments, while guaranteeing the quality of culinary production, service, and customer experience, in compliance with standards in both kitchen and dining room, which is essential.Main ResponsibilitiesKitchen & Production- Supervision of culinary production- Guaranteeing quality, quantities, and adherence to recipes- Ability to step in the kitchen to cover for the absence of the second chef in an opening context- Overall management of the dining room during slow and peak periods- Prioritization between the two sites- Ensuring a consistent customer experienceHuman Resources- Training and supervising the dining room teams and managing schedules- Fostering a healthy and structured work environment from the openingManagement & Financial- Responsibility for cash registers (opening, closing, checks)- Monitoring turnover and costs- Managing supplier orders and cost control to reduce lossesHygiene & Safety- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards- Implementation and monitoring of internal procedures- Control of cleanliness in premises (dining room, kitchen, storage)The Concept of the EstablishmentThis establishment falls within a café-restaurant concept with a strong barista identity, mixed with healthy options. - Open from breakfast, offering specialty coffees and well-prepared products - Continuous service until 3 PM, allowing customers to dine at any time- Evolving and fully homemade menu, designed to accompany different times of the day: breakfast, lunch, and gourmet breaks- The establishment will also serve as a production kitchen dedicated to takeaway meals for the second establishment - Closing at 6 PM - On Saturdays and Sundays, highlighting a generous, friendly brunch concept Skills & Experience Required- Culinary/pastry/bakery experience required- Experience in café-restaurant management desired- Experience in team management essential- Multi-site experience: a real asset- Strong sense of responsibilities- Versatility and great capacity for leadership - Attention to detail and customer care - Excellent stress resistance and ability to manage unforeseen eventsWhat the Position Offers- Responsible position at the heart of an opening project- 100% daytime hours - Weekend work - Regular travel between Carouge and Grand-Saconnex jidb5e7c30aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
