For one of our renowned clients based in Le Sentier, recognised for its excellent craftsmanship and high-quality achievements, we are looking for a passionate and meticulous Cabinetmaker and Joiner (M/F).

Your professional responsibilities will include:

• Shaping and machining: Cutting, machining, profiling and assembling various wood and wood-based elements (furniture, interior fittings, interior joinery).

• Plan reading: Independent interpretation of manufacturing plans and Swiss technical sheets (including CAD/CAM).

• Machine operation: Setting up and operating conventional and digital workshop machines (CNC).

• High-precision finishing: Sanding, veneering, fine adjustments and surface preparation before treatment.

• Quality control: Checking the conformity of manufactured parts and meeting imposed production deadlines. Selecting materials (wood species, wood-based panels, hardware) according to the project and technical constraints.

Your profile:

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Joiner, a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Cabinetmaker or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: You have significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar workshop position (knowledge of the Swiss market and standards is a strong asset).

• Technical skills: You are autonomous, precise and possess excellent plan reading skills as well as perfect mastery of workshop tools.

• Personal qualities: Team spirit, rigour, versatility and attention to detail characterise your working method.
