Your responsibilities Integrate into a cross-functional team working on multidisciplinary projects Organize synergies within the various services of Geneva Airport Plan and coordinate the different actions to be taken according to the needs and deadlines specific to each segment, propose actions and ensure their implementation Guide, closely working with all stakeholders (specifiers, technical participants, legal service), the AIMP X GA calls for tenders, particularly in the following areas: Analyze needs and translate into market research objectives to validate the relevance of needs concerning capabilities related to tender documentation, mainly in the public tender sector, analyze submissions and conduct the process for the smooth execution of the contract and supplier performance, including compliance with objectives, risk management, and adherence to GA's internal directive standards in the context of tender procedures Ensure reporting and communication about issues, actions taken, and deadlines for each segment Participate in the contractual monitoring of markets (amendments, deadlines, compliance) Contribute to the analysis of performance and risks and the implementation of corrective actions Propose process improvements for GA and oversee their implementation You hold a higher university degree (master's level) in the field of public procurement and you: Justify 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a public law entity and in the field of technologies Master English Have very good knowledge of regulations and best practices in force in the Geneva territory, particularly regarding public procurement (AIMP) Demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, and be a proactive person with a great learning ability Know how to operate and conduct processes independently Knowledge of the specificities of Geneva Airport (GA) and the airport ecosystem is a plus for a unique experience!
