Live and transmit the values of the group.Values: The group is committed to an ethical and healthy work environment by applying the following values: Integrity; Commitment; Team spirit; Customer focus.To complete our team within the company, we are looking for the reference person for the position of:Buyer – 60% - 80%OUR OFFER:- You define and implement a purchasing policy.- You manage and develop the panel of suppliers and subcontractors (prospecting, selection, evaluation, and monitoring).- You prepare requests for proposals and ensure commercial negotiations.- You manage contracts in collaboration with the legal department.- You trigger orders and ensure their follow-up until receipt.- You monitor supply deadlines and inform stakeholders.- You ensure the updating of supplier data in the ERP and the monitoring of performance indicators.- You carry out market monitoring and identify new supplier opportunities.- You participate in development and continuous improvement projects.- You manage supplier disputes in collaboration with the Quality department.YOUR OFFER:- You hold a diploma in the field of purchasing.- You have confirmed experience in an industrial environment of at least 3 years in a similar position.- You are comfortable with IT tools and are used to working with an ERP.- You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess good resistance to stress.- You combine an analytical mind, rigor in processing files, and have negotiation and communication skills.- You have a perfect command of French and very good knowledge of English.
