Your key responsibilities

As a butler, you embody exceptional guest service and make a significant contribution to our guests- satisfaction:

• Personalised care and attention to the wishes of our discerning guests are at the heart of your service.
• With your thorough knowledge of our guests- preferences and ability to adapt quickly, you ensure seamless and discreet in-room service.
• Special requests and individual suite set-ups are handled in close cooperation with the Housekeeping team.
• Packing and unpacking services, along with other specialised suite services, are also part of your role.
• The highest standards of discretion and professionalism are always upheld.

What you bring to the job

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and qualities:

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality
• Excellent guest-relations skills and a strong service orientation
• Discretion and the ability to respect and protect guests- privacy
• A confident manner, impeccable etiquette and a well-groomed appearance
• A combination of two of these three languages; German, English, Italian
• Flexibility, resilience, a strong team spirit and a solution-oriented approach

What We Offer

• Fixed-term seasonal position, from the end of November 2026 until the end of March 2027
• Five-day working week on average, based on 43.5 hours per week
• Five weeks of annual leave and six public holidays per year
• 13th salary from your start date, paid pro rata
