Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for:
Butcher and Delicatessen Worker
- Butcher and Delicatessen Worker CFC or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of food safety standards
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Experience in cooking is a plus
- Excellent presentation
- French language mandatory, another language an asset
- Able to work in a laboratory
- Receipt of goods
- Cutting, trimming, paring
- Ensure the quality and freshness of products
- Cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment
