Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for:

• Butcher and Delicatessen Worker CFC or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of food safety standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Experience in cooking is a plus
• Excellent presentation
• French language mandatory, another language an asset

• Capable of working in a laboratory
• Receiving goods
• Cutting, trimming, paring
• Ensuring product quality and freshness
• Cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment
