For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Risk Manager in 100% temporary contract from July till December and based in Geneva. The role will join the Transaction Monitoring Team and work closely to the KYC Team.Our client is a well-established bank in Switzerland, but also other financial places.Missions- Joining the Business Risk Management - Transaction Monitoring Team;- Ensuring effective execution of 1.5 line of controls within a structured control framework:- Ex-ante: Analyzing and In & Out flows (including Cash & Securities transactions);- Responding to all requests in case of doubts, suspicions or advices;- Being a back-up for Market Heads to client, documenting and closing alerts issued from tool.- Managing & documenting block or unblock client to the of KPI and Reportings for the bank;- Performing quality controls;- Reporting ad-hoc for the Front Office and the to the day-to-day in theProfile- Bachelor or Master s degree in finance, banking or economics, or equivalent experience;- 3-5 years experience in a wealth management institution in transactional monitoring and controls in Switzerland;- Good knowledge of Swiss compliance and specifically in AML;- Advanced user of MS and main financial software products- Fluent in English and French, additional languages are an advantage;- Business-oriented and solution-driven mindset, proactive with extreme confidentiality;- Analytical mindset, deep rigorousness, risk awareness, and to detail;- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and cross-functionally in a multicultural environment;- Strong skills, solid team spirit;- Being proactive and reactive, resilient to stress;- Sense of discretion and confidentiality, adherence to the bank s values.Conditions et AvantagesOur client offers a 100% temporary contract within an dynamic and human-sized working environment. jide6fee6faen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
