**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
Reporting to the Business Performance Director, you will be a key member of the Business Performance team, leading initiatives that reinforce Richemont Europe-s position as a strong partner and business enabler for our Maisons.
You will be driving operational efficiencies across Richemont Europe within a framework of continuous improvement, aiming at connecting people and business solutions to drive simplicity, resilience and proximity.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Group by fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement while strengthening togetherness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Drive operational efficiencies** across our Functions and Maisons by spearheading the identification of key needs, guiding solutions to fruition, facilitating change management initiatives and cultivating a collaborative environment for best practice implementation.
* **Be a key actor of SPARKS** (WW continuous improvement framework) in Europe, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption. Act as the primary point of contact, providing guidance and support to Functions, Markets and Maisons.
* **Manage the "one demand" process** (Functions- and Maisons- operational needs- gathering, prioritization, and routing to optimal solution paths), while collaborating with the business solutions- delivery team to ensure efficient solution implementation.
* Strengthen the SPARKS community within Maisons, Functions and markets through **proactive engagement, including animating Maisons-/Functions- SPOCs and markets-** Champions (e.g., facilitating local workshops, relaying important information).
* Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among **diverse stakeholders** (Group/Maisons, HQ/Regions/Markets, and Functions) to ensure shared success.
* Assist the Business Performance Director in leading the "Light Up" project, providing **LEAN services** to our Functions and Maisons, to contribute to our region-s operational efficiency. Ensure awareness of offered services and work closely with a community of LEAN experts across Functions, to ensure services- effective delivery.
* Build a strong community with our Maisons- business teams and facilitate their activities by enabling **best practices- sharing** and leveraging a deep understanding of retail and wholesale operations.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
You will be at the forefront of driving positive change & operational efficiencies within Richemont Europe, by gathering and answering the needs of our stakeholders within a continuous improvement framework, while creating and animating a strong community of best practices- exchange.
* **5+ years of previous experience in continuous improvement and/or operational excellence roles.**
* **Strong project management skills**, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
* Understanding of **LEAN principles** and methodologies.
* Business acumen and understanding of luxury operations.
* Experience with change management methodologies.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for driving excellence.
