The Business Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the Private Banking division in Switzerland. This position serves as a critical bridge between the Front Office, IT, COO and other functions of the bank, focusing on incident management, process improvements, control execution, and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What you will do:
Support the Front Office in their daily tasks. Help to prioritize, identify bottle necks, issues and resolve them. Become a trusted and objective advisor to the business;
Support the successful implementation of key growth projects, strategic initiatives and oversight reviews;
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Front Office, IT and, other Functions;
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
In this role you will:
Coordination and effective communication between various teams, functions and markets
Strong judgement capabilities in providing general business management support
Strong interpersonal skills and confident negotiator
Ability of forward-thinking and finding solutions to emerging matters
Act as the primary gatekeeper for all incoming requests, assessing and prioritizing demand based on team capacity and strategic objectives.
Responsibility of tasks assigned and ensuring these are performed to the highest standard
Driving and owning the projects and initiatives
Dealing in an ever changing and stringent regulatory environment
You should apply if you have:
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear coordination across departments
Highly structured, organized and pro-active personality with ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment
Independent, pro-active and flexible way of working
Discretion as access to sensitive information
Strong business knowledge and orientation
Experience in supporting projects and change management initiatives
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation
Previous experience in Business Management or Control/Risk Management role will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of Private Banking processes and local regulations
Preferred BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT or related field
Proficiency level on MS Office
English fluency, written and spoken. French knowledge would be a plus
