Business Intelligence Manager (100% - f/m/d)
OEKO-TEX® is an association of 17 independent research and testing institutes in the field of textiles and leather with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. Based on its broad expertise, OEKO-TEX® offers various certifications for textiles, clothing, leather goods, chemicals and sustainable production conditions. OEKO-TEX® certifications and labels enjoy a high reputation worldwide amongpartners in the industry and consumers.
To complement and support our product management team at our head office in Zurich, we are looking for a committed, flexible and effective Business Intelligence Manager (100%).
Business Intelligence Manager (100% - f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:
Build and develop a market intelligence function covering certification trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
Analyse market, customer, and certification data to generate actionable insights for product and strategy teams
Monitor regulatory and policy developments and assess their impact on OEKO-TEX® standards and business
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to track key performance indicators
Establish data standards, governance, and structures to improve data quality and accessibility
Partner with product managers and leadership to support strategic decision-making
Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g. market segmentation, pricing, growth opportunities, customer behaviour)
Support business cases, strategic planning, and investment decisions with data-driven insights
Your profile:
5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, strategy, or market analysis
Strong skills in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and SQL Experience translating data into clear insights and recommendations for business decisions
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
Experience with data governance and data management frameworks
Familiarity with sustainability, certification systems, or complex supply chains is a plus
Experience with or R is an advantage Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
