As part of our development, we are looking for a management / ERP Developer to strengthen our management team at 80% (M/F)Reporting to management, you will steer the development and technical support of our ERP system. You will also ensure first-level maintenance of the company as well as monitoring of good practices in cybersecurity.ERP development and management (60%)- Main contact person: You are the direct point of contact with the publisher proALPHA and you position yourself as the expert for technical support of the company.- Development: You take charge of and master the dedicated language of the tool to ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the system.- Analysis and development: You analyze the needs of the departments, develop specific solutions or modules, and automate tasks.- Configuration: You configure and model resources as well as production capacities in the tool.Support and maintenance (20%)- External link: You are the reference interlocutor and the single point of contact with our external provider.- Internal support: You manage daily first-level support (hardware and software) for all employees.- Infrastructure monitoring: You verify, in collaboration with the external provider, the proper functioning of the IT fleet, the maintenance of basic infrastructures, and compliance with cybersecurity rules by users.- Data security: You guarantee the redundancy and strict execution of backups of production machines.Profile:- Education: Degree in IT, engineering in IT, or equivalent experience.- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the development and management of an ERP.- Technical skills: Mastery of ERP architectures (experience with proALPHA is a major asset).- Proven skills in development and database queries (SQL).- Ability to quickly diagnose common breakdowns and effectively manage interventions by the external provider (servers and networks).- Languages: Good knowledge of English or German is essential for technical exchanges and monitoring of documentation.- Required qualities: Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of service.We offer:- A stable position at an 80% rate offering flexibility.- Modern technical tools in an industrial environment of excellence.- A friendly atmosphere, based on respect, mutual aid, and team spirit.- Great autonomy and freedom of action.- Flexible working hours, outside of core presence times.- Competitive salary and social conditions.- Start date: September 1st.- Workplace: Sion (Valais).We invite you to send us your complete file via the following link: Write an email jid85cfb3daen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
