For one of our clients, we are looking for a position based in Thailand, their future: Production Manager / Technical Expert - DIALS (M/F) Desired profile: Technical background or solid experience in the field of dials. Very good knowledge in the field of dials. Strong understanding of specific processes related to dials: machining, lacquering, galvanoplasty, etc. Demonstrated ability to solve problems in an industrial environment. Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork spirit. French, English (min. B2/C1). Benefits: An incredible experience in very good conditions. Main responsibilities: Provide your expertise on all stages of dial manufacturing. Analyze and resolve technical problems encountered during production. Participate in defining and improving the manufacturing processes for ramping up internal teams’ skills, sharing best practices, and providing active support for projects and new product development. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to ensure reliability and optimize processes.
