As a Project Manager at Sarfraah GmbH, you will:

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
• 15+ years of experience in Project Management
• An MBA degree in business.
• Vendor Relationship management
• Supply Chain management
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the automotive or production industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and German (French or Italian is a plus).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
