To support its growth in French-speaking Switzerland, the company is looking for an operational Business Development Lead, who will play a key role in developing the local business, generating revenue, and positioning the company as a leading player in AI-driven digital solutions.

Responsibilities
As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD, you will have the following responsibilities:
- You develop and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts (banking, luxury, retail, media, public sector) by understanding their digital challenges and proposing tailored innovative solutions.
- You expand your network by organising and hosting targeted events (conferences, afterworks, demonstrations…) to generate opportunities.
- You identify and generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and structuring your own development strategy within your territory.
- You manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying opportunities to signing contracts, interacting with C-level stakeholders (digital, innovation, IT…).
- You are able to understand technical issues (digital, data, AI) and translate them into business value for your clients.
- You work closely with internal teams (delivery, international production, marketing) to build tailored and competitive proposals.
- You contribute to structuring the presence in Switzerland by participating in defining the local commercial strategy.
- You leverage existing project references and participate in reactivating historical clients.
- You ensure active monitoring of digital market and artificial intelligence developments to identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD, you have the following profile:
- You are fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in new technologies, especially artificial intelligence and its impact on digital products.
- You have proven experience in B2B business development in digital, IT services, or tech environments.
- You have ideally worked in a digital agency, startup, scale-up, or similar environment.
- You have already sold complex solutions (digital projects, SaaS, data, AI or consulting) with a value-oriented approach.
- You are capable of managing a complete sales cycle and developing new business.
- You show a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable in evolving environments.
- You are autonomous, structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to build your own activity.
- You excel in communication and client relations, and know how to interact with high-level stakeholders.
- You demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, and a real taste for challenge.
- You are comfortable in an agile, fast-changing environment and can adapt quickly.
