1. Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategic objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate activities related to customer projects, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management.
  • Interface at all levels of customer organization, from R&D through buyer up to CEO
  • Champion customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between the client and Cicor, advocating for both parties' interests.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer interactions, track account history, and forecast future needs accurately.

2. Business Development:

  • Dedicate a significant portion of your time to proactive market research, networking, and qualified lead generation activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Cicor's capabilities to meet the evolving needs of prospective customers.
  • Contribute to defining and executing business development strategies that strengthen Cicor’s position in key markets.

Your profile:

  • BSc or equivalent qualification in electronics with industrial experience allowing you to understand our challenging manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a related high-tech or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with modern prospecting methods and digital sales and prospection tools.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
  • Available for frequent face-to-face meetings with Customers and Prospects when required.
