To support our Career Services department and contribute to the daily experience of our students, we are currently looking for a:Business Development CareerResponsibilities- Develop and expand the network of industry partners across Switzerland and internationally, with a focus on finance, luxury, consulting and technology sectors.- Proactively identify, prospect and engage new employers through networking, cold calling and business development activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, employers, recruiters and other key stakeholders.- Represent the school at events, company visits, career fairs and networking opportunities to promote the school and its programs.- Source internship and career opportunities aligned with students academic backgrounds and professional goals.- Guide and support students throughout their internship journey, including placement, employer communication and follow-up during internships.Experience:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years experience in industry partnerships, business development, career services, or a similar role.- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional networks across multiple industries.- Proficient in English; additional languages are a strong asset.If you are interested in this position, please submit your complete application exclusively via the online portal.
