Responsibilities

As a Business Developer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in your sector;
  • Develop and retain a portfolio of clients composed of small-scale structures: local and regional small businesses, entrepreneurs, SMEs;
  • Present and sell services tailored to clients' needs;
  • Actively contribute to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding defined targets;
  • Develop lasting and trustworthy relationships with your clients;
  • Prepare customised commercial proposals and manage contract negotiations;
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the quality of delivered services;
  • Maintain active market monitoring and identify new development opportunities;
  • Participate in professional events to expand your network and represent the company;
  • Provide regular reporting on your commercial activity and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile

As a Business Developer, you have the following profile:

  • Excellent command of French;
  • Knowledge of the local economic fabric (Vaud), ideally in local retail;
  • A true hunter mentality, driven by commercial development and winning new clients;
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales and business development role;
  • Experience in media, communication, advertising, or services sectors is an advantage;
  • Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and portfolio development;
  • Strong results orientation and ability to achieve ambitious goals;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term trustful relationships;
  • Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies;
  • Autonomy, perseverance, curiosity, and team spirit;
  • Completed education in a relevant field, ideally in sales, marketing, or communication.
