  • Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making

  • Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams

  • Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and beyond: Spain, France, Greece & the Nordics to ensure optimal on-site support

Profil
  • Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector – a must

  • Strong hunter mentality: you enjoy acquiring new customers, building networks, and actively developing business opportunities

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities

  • High level of initiative, team spirit, and goal orientation

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other languages
