## Description du poste ##

Perform all activities related to transactional monitoring & anti-money laundering (Name Screening - Payment filtering or Transaction monitoring), sanctions & embargoes, correspondent bank requests. Act a Team leader on specific compliance monitoring activities.

- Perform high risk transactions monitoring in application of the regulations on the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AMLA, OBA-FINMA, CDB20).

- Take in charge Sanctions & Embargoes daily alerts including payment filtering (Fircosoft), correspondent bank requests linked to sanctions would be a plus.

- Perform various controls related to AML activities including name screening treatment and correspondent bank requests; act as an advisor for the front office.

- Ensure frequent interactions with the front office and various internal stakeholders, as well as presentations to AML Committees.

- Take in charge, in collaboration with the Management ad hoc projects relating to the team's activities.

- Guide and support junior staff in their work, provide ongoing training.

- Carry out and follow-up all necessary clarification processes.

## Description du profil ##

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Compliance position in a private bank in Switzerland.
- A master degree or experience in private banking; Certificate in Compliance Management an asset.
- Strong interest in regulatory issues and the AML field. Very good knowledge of the AMLA, the OBA-FINMA and the Swiss banks' code of conduct, as well as its jurisprudence.
- Excellent command of French and English; other languages would be a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, generalist and conscientious; able to communicate precisely and distil important information.
- Able to show discretion and handle confidential issues in an appropriate manner.
- Team player.
- Able to handle the material and formal aspects relating to KYC / KYT reviews.
- Domicile in Switzerland required.
