Don t be shy, apply!Business Analyst - YUH appWe re looking for a Business Analyst with a strong experience as Project Manager.As part of the Yuh Solutions Projects and Team, your mission will be to lead, plan, analyze and deliver projects that will make the future of the Yuh Product.You will work closely with the Yuh Product team, managing multiple stakeholders across the company.You will be key to autonomy, from inception, writing requirements, following architectural and technical decisions, derisking compliance and legal aspects, manage stakeholders, bridging between the big picture and key details.You will be sometimes under the spotlights with a high exposure but also in the shadows tackling important issues to make a difference.You will also have space to leave your own mark on processes, tools and methodology, propose ideas and challenge the status quo, while leveraging works already done.You will report to direct management, key stakeholders and take part to steering committees.If you ve been there, you ve seen it, you ve gone through it, then you re certainly a good match for the position!Responsibilities :- Be comfortable switching regularly from Project Management to Business Analysis tasks- Take ownership and responsibility of transversal projects from Discovery to business handover and business go-live- Support decision making and performance monitoring- Manage and balance actively stakeholders, escalating to management where and when needed- Perform market analysis and benchmarks- Write requirements and support testing- Interact with different development teams to design the solution- Define/build KPI linked to your projects- Keep your monitoring up to date and report from A to Z- Coordinate with external partners- Ad hoc tasks in larger projectsProfile :- 5+ years in a business analyst with a strong experience in project management role in a banking environment (experience as a PO on top also is a plus)- Strong complex projects analysis and leading experience- Strong organization and process culture towards efficiency and quality- Strong Business Analysis toolbox mastery- Internal and external client oriented- Open minded, curious, ready for the unknown and resilient, you know how to read and define priorities to reach your goals- Willing to jump into any kind of topic seeing them as an opportunity to learn and grow- Banking & trading knowledge (Payment process (classic, Twint, cards), actions, KYC, and Analytics skills)- Agile process, solution assessment- Context switching- Technical curiosity- Stress resistant, lucid and adapted to complex environment- Friendly, collaborative and impeccable communication levels- Daring with respect- Dealing with external partners- Excel/SQL/Tableau/MS Office would be a asset- Experience dealing with customer care and/or back office teams- Fluent in English- French would be an asset jid0f408caaen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
