Business AnalystOur young company IT SLD Solutions SA was founded to support operational management, digitalization, and long-term care for approximately X employees of our clients who work in social medical centers and benefit daily from our services, especially from solutions for administrative processes, collaboration, and communication. As you face the upcoming challenges in this very dynamic phase for our company and want to grow together, we are looking for:Business AnalystObjectives of the position:Supporting our clients in analyzing, formalizing, and further developing their business requirements until the selection of a suitable digital solution. Steering the implementation of tools and systems that meet the defined requirements and ensuring a smooth transition to operation. Participation in X and the follow-up after deployment by analyzing and resolving complex incidents with the deployed applications.Main tasks:- Capture, analyze, and formalize the requirements of clients and their stakeholders, documenting these in structured specifications for the projects.- Capture and optimize existing business processes.- Create the functional and technical specifications required for the implementation of solutions during the bidding and selection phases for application solutions, including X engagements.- Participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of the further development of the connection between internal and external technical and professional entities and lead working groups, steering committees, and training for users.- Create and maintain the X for specialized applications through analysis and resolution of functional disruptions.- Ensure user and stakeholder satisfaction.- Compliance with the budget and time requirements associated with the assigned tasks.- Monitor and further develop existing methods to ensure X process and tool improvements.Desired or equivalent experience:- Proven experience in supporting the definition of business requirements as well as in managing the selection and implementation of digital solutions.- Knowledge of business processes in the areas of finance, human resources, and the ability to pay special attention to our clients' challenges and understand their expectations while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.- Strong interest in the opportunities of digitalization.- Sociability, listening ability, and service orientation to accompany X.- Experience in X in public administration is advantageous.We offer:- A welcoming and open environment to contribute your own proposals and develop new ideas.- A large degree of freedom.- Independent time and work management.- Flexible working conditions.Languages: French and German (at least C1).
