As a Salesforce Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will be involved in leveraging our deep partnership with Salesforce by implementing Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and promoting the use of standard Salesforce features to deliver solutions that empower our corporate clients to optimize their customer acquisition, sales processes, and service experiences.


You will play a key role in:

* Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform;
* Analyzing and understanding complex business processes and working with Solution Architects to map them back to the Salesforce platform/product ecosystem;
* Working in global development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore;
* Joining forces with project leadership to estimate work effort, determine required resources, and set a realistic schedule for delivery;
* Maintaining effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks;
* Providing mentoring and sharing knowledge of the Salesforce platform with others, especially junior members of the team.


* Experience as an IT consultant or Business Analyst in a customer-facing role;
* Professional experience with capturing business & IT department requirements and complex business processes, as well as working with development teams to implement a Salesforce Application;
* Familiarity with the standard Salesforce functionality, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
* Salesforce App Builder or Consultant Certifications;
* Strong communication and presentation skills;
* Fluency in English and German.
