As a unique exchange platform, the Center promotes collective intelligence by gathering, valuing, and materializing the best ideas. As both a competence center and a workspace, the HUG Center for Innovation (CI) offers a range of services to evaluate, support, mature, promote, and value innovative ideas and projects. The Center for Change and Initiatives is tasked with stimulating the deployment of a culture of innovation within HUG. It is managing two digital projects: Concerto, for caregivers; and MonEspacePRO for healthcare professionals.Business Analyst - Product Owner - 80% to 100%The CI Center at HUG co-develops innovative digital solutions (web and mobile) to improve the well-being of healthcare professionals and the patient experience. We are looking for a Business Analyst passionate about the challenges of digital health to strengthen our team as an interface between business needs (caregivers, doctors, researchers) and technical teams. You will intervene throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You contribute to the development of innovative e-health solutions, particularly around Concerto and MonEspacePRO, ensuring a coherent functional vision aligned with institutional goals and user needs. You manage several developments in parallel while maintaining a mission-focused vision, conducting analysis and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, planning and prioritizing requirements according to IT standards, and drafting specifications as necessary.You will work closely with developers and experts in an agile mode, ensuring the quality of deliverables and facilitating the resolution of difficulties. You will propose functional improvements, anticipate evolutions, contribute to product enhancement, and envision digital solutions to optimize healthcare processes. You participate in functional testing, support the deployment of solutions, and coordinate stakeholders and parties involved. You also contribute to project tracking—budgets, reporting, steering committees—and to their internal and external visibility.Joining our team means evolving in a stimulating environment at the heart of digital health, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (APPS & UX, Cyber Health and Telemedicine, medical and care departments, external partners), and contributing to high-impact projects for professionals and patients within a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.You hold a higher education diploma (engineering school, HES, or equivalent), have knowledge of project management and architecture, and possess a keen interest in health. As a BA, you easily handle its principles and methods, such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL, activity diagrams, functional mapping, WBS, mind mapping. You are proficient in Jira and Confluence and know how to create stories, epics, and generate a development backlog to monitor and manage. You master the writing of clear specifications and possess a synthesis spirit and analytical skills. You have at least 3 years of experience in a related function and a strong interest in the fields of health. You have an excellent command of written and spoken French as well as good overall communication skills. You are curious about exploring the latest technical and technological trends in BA and communicate effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and involved parties. You demonstrate autonomy, precision, and rigor, offering quality deliverables. You communicate fluently about the progress of your activities and possess excellent analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility, great listening capacity, and a solution-oriented mindset enable you to manage demands and unexpected situations effectively while actively participating in team life and embodying the image of the CI Center. You can handle workloads or conflicts, remain composed and reactive when managing incidents, and have good stress resistance.Evolving in a continuously changing environment, you display a high capability that allows you to meet the challenges that arise according to the Center’s current priorities.
