Business Analyst - Internal Communications Technology (Contract) RED Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a 6-month global internal communications technology planning project. The BA will lead discovery, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, user-journey analysis, solution assessment and RFP support. Project Details Location: India Work Model: Remote (6 months contract + possible extension) Start Date: Oct 1st, 2026 Language: English Rate: USD / day Key Responsibilities: Lead business discovery, current-state assessment and stakeholder analysis. Gather, document and prioritize business, functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate global workshops, interviews and stakeholder alignment. Develop employee journeys, use cases, capability gaps and requirements traceability. Support solution evaluation, vendor demonstrations and RFP preparation. Provide inputs to business case, roadmap and implementation charter. Coordinate with Technology, Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal and Procurement teams. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex global organizations. Strong requirements, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Experience with solution assessment, vendor evaluation and RFPs. Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, Intranet or Internal Communications experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams or Viva preferred. Pharma/regulated industry experience and CBAP/PMI-PBA/BCS certification are advantages.
