At the heart of the company’s digitalisation, you will act as the business reference for information systems (ERP Infor M3, Power BI reporting, digital tools) and will manage digitalisation projects as well as the deployment of software solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse, model and optimise business processes to improve operational performance

- Design, develop and maintain effective dashboards using Power BI

- Serve as key user on the ERP Infor M3 and support users on a daily basis

- Manage digitalisation projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

- Develop internal scripts and tools (Python, VBA, etc.)

- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile:

- Higher education (Bachelor or Master HES/University) in management engineering, business IT, data analytics or equivalent

- Proven experience in business analysis and/or data management

- Excellent command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query)

- Good programming skills (Python, VBA) and automation

- Experience with an ERP, ideally Infor M3

- Ability to manage cross-functional projects in an industrial environment

- Analytical mindset, rigour, autonomy and excellent communication skills
