The Vaudoise Data department offers a layer facilitating the replacement of the Legacy ERP with new solutions and will allow data management through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. To this end, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to continue the implementation and evolution of this project. Your missions will include: Capturing and analyzing business and technical needs, formalizing them in the form of user stories. Documenting requirements and consolidating them in the Enterprise Architect tool. Modeling flows and inter-system processes in BPMN. Building and evolving data models. Building and evolving interface designs (sync and async). Working closely with governance teams to document required data with reference repositories. Assisting in the facilitation of meetings with technical teams. Supporting the team in agile work and ceremonies (scrum). Supporting the design and evolution of unit tests, including passing and non-passing cases, and regression tests. Your profile: Higher education level such as HES, Bachelor/Master EPFL or equivalent. A Master's degree is a plus. 3 years of experience as a BA in IT projects with technical challenges including overall IT architecture (ERP, CRM...), tools (APIs, Kafka), as well as Hub, Lake, analytical/AI/BI technologies. Languages: French and English: minimum B2. You are also proactive, curious, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
