The Construction Management department offers comprehensive services in the areas of construction, renovation and enhancement of real estate assets. We support a variety of projects, from strategic planning to commissioning, including design and execution phases.

To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for a construction project management intern (m/f/x) for a minimum duration of 6 months.

Are you recently graduated or finishing your studies in the construction field and wish to gain practical experience in real estate project management? What you contribute to

• Participation in the various phases of construction projects (feasibility studies, contracts, preliminary designs, construction and execution projects)
• Monitoring construction projects with an overall project perspective, without drawing or calculation activities
• Verification of project progress and site monitoring
• Control and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Coordination of the various stakeholders, contractors and specialists involved in the projects
• Practical training in managing medium and large-scale projects
• Participation in the integration of sustainable solutions, for example in the field of solar installations
• Contact with institutional owners and clients

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree obtained or nearing completion in a construction-related field (civil engineering, architecture or equivalent)
• Strong interest in project management and the real estate sector
• Commitment, flexibility and excellent team spirit
• Autonomous, structured and proactive working method
• Fluent French; German and/or English are an advantage
