What you will accomplish
- Lead and coordinate large-scale projects to ensure flawless execution, from the first sketch to delivery.
- Calculate bids, conduct major negotiations, and plan execution: everything is in your hands!
- Be the direct link with teams, clients, and project owners – you are the operations boss.
- Coordinate work preparation: construction processes, staff planning, procurement of inventory, building materials, and subcontractor services.
- Support and motivate your teams while ensuring their safety and performance.
What you need to shine
- A diploma as a construction site manager ES, federal contractor’s certificate, or similar training.
- Several years of experience in building construction in Switzerland are essential.
- Autonomy, commitment, and flexibility: you know how to manage your projects masterfully while being an accessible and effective manager.
- A strong taste for challenges, with the ability to persuade and skilfully manage relationships with clients and partners.
- You possess outstanding communication skills and know how to express your ideas and concerns clearly and confidently, while fostering a spirit of equality.
