Its municipal administration is, like the city itself, a dynamic entity of 250 employees, notably encouraging continuing education, preventive health actions, and mobility. To complete the staff of the Department of Urban Planning and Environment, the Municipality of the City of Pully is opening a position for an Architect at 80%-100% for the Building Permits division.Mission:Process files related to building permits from the preliminary project stage to the occupancy permit (applications for building, renovation, and demolition permits, etc.) in compliance with legislation on construction and land use planning.Main activities:- Reception of applicants and preliminary discussions of construction projects from the perspective of the City, as the issuing authority.- Collection of submitted files and monitoring of public inquiries.- Analysis of files from the perspective of regulations and laws, and coordination of municipal and cantonal services.- Synthesis of notices and drafting of reports to the Municipality with a view to issuing building permits.- Monitoring of the execution of conditions set out in building permits.- Issuance of occupancy and/or usage permits.Desired profile:- HES/ETS/ET architectural technician, architect, or experienced professional or equivalent.- At least 3 years of experience with knowledge of legislation and current procedures.- Strong writing skills and professional autonomy.- Proficiency in office software and geoportals.Start date: October 1st or by agreement.Offers, accompanied by a curriculum vitae, and copies of diplomas and certificates must be sent via the link on the City of Pully website or by mail to the Human Resources Department of the City of Pully, av. du Prieuré 2, Pully by July 19th.For any further information:- Deputy Head of Department- Head of Department jida1b7accaen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
