The Energy Service (ENE) has the mission of carrying out the transition of the City of Geneva towards renewable energies. To do this, it relies on 100% renewable energy. As a competent service, it manages energy, supervises the technical and energy design of buildings and projects, operates facilities, and ensures the energy and financial monitoring of the entire City of Geneva. In order to strengthen its Monitoring and Energy Performance Tracking division, the service is looking for a Centralized Technical Management (BMS) Engineer at 100%.Your mission and responsibilities- Accompany management in the definition and implementation of systems, connected solutions, and monitoring tools.- Centralize and administer existing MCR/BMS systems; deploy BMS (supervision stations, teams, and implement solutions via web).- Develop, configure, and administer centralized technical management systems (BMS/BEMS/MCR) for buildings and technical facilities, including supervision stations.- Accompany the deployment of dynamic systems (MCR) in the buildings of the City of Geneva.- Design and propose innovative technical solutions to quickly achieve the ambitious energy objectives of the City of Geneva.- Manage, structure, and configure technical and energy databases of the real estate portfolio, guarantee integrity, and ensure the role of software functionalities.- Deploy connected objects and solutions, remote management and monitoring systems, as well as associated methods.- Accompany users: train, advise, provide support, and contribute to their skills development on business tools.- Manage and configure technical and energy databases for the entire portfolio.Profile- Hold an HES or EPF engineering degree.- Benefit from at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of systems, particularly in smart metering.- Possess solid knowledge of building automation and HVACSE building energy systems.- Demonstrate autonomy and the ability to design, pilot, and carry out projects in their entirety.- Have confirmed experience in building energy systems.- Have participated in the implementation of interactive digital solutions and web tools dedicated to the energy and technical management of buildings.Conditions and registration procedureRegistration deadline:Start date: To be agreed uponJob classification: Class L of the salary scaleThe application file must contain the following elements:- Cover letter- Curriculum Vitae or, failing that, a completed Job Application form (to be downloaded from our website)- Copies of diplomas and work certificatesFollow-up of applicationsFor the City of Geneva, the recruitment process is decentralized.
