Your profile :

• Training in metal construction, metalwork, technical drawing, building technology or equivalent training/experience;
• Ability to manage large and complex construction sites;
• Skills in project management, planning, monitoring working hours, tendering, purchasing orders and invoicing;
• Several years of experience in the trade (metalwork, ventilated façades, roofing, cladding, building envelope);
• Technical know-how in façade construction, roofing and small metalwork;
• Preparation of construction details, manufacturing plans and assembly plans;
• Very good command of Office tools, especially Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Knowledge of Autocad is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal skills with clients, contractors and site teams;
• Reliable, autonomous, communicative, rigorous and well organised person.

Your mission :

• You are responsible for managing large and complex construction projects in French-speaking Switzerland;
• You carry out all technical and administrative procedures related to your various projects;
• You develop construction details, manufacturing plans and assembly plans;
• You are responsible for the complete monitoring of projects up to assembly by the site teams;
• You carry out site handovers as well as final invoicing;
• You play a key advisory role with contractors.
