For our partner, a company active in property management and with an internal concierge service, we are looking for a

Your role:

As a building concierge, you are responsible for the proper functioning and maintenance of the buildings. You coordinate technical interventions and ensure a pleasant and secure living environment for the tenants.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain the exterior areas: mowing, trimming, cleaning and snow removal
• Ensure cleanliness and order in common areas (lobbies, stairwells, basements, laundries, communal rooms, etc.)
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs (lubrication, replacement of seals, unblocking, etc.)
• Coordinate and conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Manage the administrative and technical follow-up of the buildings
• Plan and coordinate interventions of various trades
• Manage waste (sorting, containers) and perform seasonal tasks (salting, snow clearing)
• Monitor technical installations (heating, ventilation, lighting, etc.)
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and intervene when needed or in emergencies
• Report any incidents, damage or malfunctions

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations agent or proven experience in a similar role (concierge, operations agent, building caretaker or equivalent)
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Organisational skills, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset
• Rigorous, reliable and proactive personality
• Good basic technical knowledge (electricity, plumbing, maintenance)
• Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance
• Driving licence essential and personal vehicle required
• Proficiency with office tools (MS Office) and administrative ease
