Submit your application today as a Sales Engineer - Building & HVAC/BMS % (all genders) and start from - your team looks forward to welcoming you!Your new tasks- Technical reference & ambassador of our solutions: support BMS clients and partners in the implementation of our solutions, in new construction as well as renovation.- Make technology simple: promote our technologies, disseminate new developments, and transform complex projects into clear and accessible solutions.- Privileged contact for electrical clients: understand needs, advise, and propose customized solutions.- Pilot commercial activity: present, build, and follow up on commercial offers and tenders with rigor and precision.- Develop sustainable relationships: ensure regular visits, maintain the network, and guarantee rigorous updating of the CRM for each project.- Make every project a success: collaborate closely with internal and external teams to transform ideas into concrete results and value for our clients.Your profile- Technical training in HVAC building: degree or CFC in HVAC/BMS.- Confirmed experience: several years in HVAC and/or BMS technologies, ideally on projects in new construction and/or renovation.- Soft skills: excellent communication skills, listening skills, customer focus & commercial spirit: ability to convince, to build win-win solutions, and to develop partnerships.- IT skills: good command of standard tools (e.g., Office 365, SAP, Salesforce) and ABT-site, ACS790, or similar tools.- Languages: excellent knowledge of French; German and/or English are real advantages.- Reduced-price public transport subscription.- Numerous opportunities for development and continuous training.- Access to share plans for staff members.- Find all benefits here.Our corporate culture - your new work environmentThe culture of Siemens Switzerland is much more than just a work environment: it is at the heart of our daily life and the key to our success.
