We are looking for a committed person for the position of: Brand Protection Officer (100%) Your Contribution Monitoring online (marketplaces, social networks, websites, mobile, and other online activities) for intellectual property (counterfeiting, copyright, etc.) as well as brand abuses (fraud, phishing, etc.) and taking measures to defend the rights of our companies with authorities and external anti-counterfeiting organizations and other stakeholders, as well as law firms to take criminal and civil actions against online counterfeiting. Following up on anti-counterfeiting measures and intellectual property measures as well as legal measures. Your Profile You have a particular interest in intellectual property, technology law, and new technologies, and you have a good understanding of the infrastructure and technical aspects of the Internet, e-commerce, and online activities (social networks, marketplaces, mobile, web, etc.) and have basic knowledge in competition law. Required Qualifications You hold a Bachelor of Law (Bachelor of Law), a HES Bachelor in Economic Law / Business Law (preferably with a major in combating economic crime) or an equivalent degree that includes legal knowledge (intellectual property), and you possess technological knowledge, for example in IT or digital technologies. Knowledge of economic crime and an interest in it represent a plus. Additional technical skills, especially in monitoring and analysis tools, as well as data analysis and reporting are also a plus. Languages You are a native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language; you are used to working in French, German, and especially English.
