Description
In this thrilling position, you will work closely with the Media & Communication team to create and deliver impactful in-store events that drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial in-store events for our Brands to drive sales and customer traffic.
- Manage the full event cycle from concept to logistics, on-site execution, and post-analysis.
- Identify and build collaborations and sponsorships with strong commercial and visibility impact.
- Coordinate regularly with HQ Italy to align with global strategies, adapt concepts for the Swiss market, and present results.
- Monitor KPIs, sales impact, and customer insights to evaluate event success.
- Create analyses, dashboards, and presentations to optimize event strategy and ROI.
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in trade/retail marketing, events, or similar roles; experience in fashion or premium/luxury is a strong plus.
- Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on mentality, comfortable managing projects from strategy to execution.
- Highly organized, flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Knowledge of the Swiss media landscape and a relevant professional network are strong advantages.
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills are a plus.
- Fluent in German, English and Italian.
