As a member of the Laurastar Global Marketing Team, you will support the Global Communications Manager in implementing the global communication strategy and reinforcing the brand’s positioning and visibility worldwide.
You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, oversee the creation and adaptation of campaign master assets, and coordinate advertising activities in collaboration with our partner agencies. By analysing the performance of paid and earned media campaigns and identifying new opportunities, you will contribute to the continuous optimisation of Laurastar’s communication strategy.
This position is based at Laurastar’s headquarters in Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland, with the possibility of up to two days of home office per week.
Main role:
- Contribute to developing the brand platform and guidelines, ensuring storytelling, consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate the development, production and adaptation of campaign master assets for brand awareness and product campaigns with the creative agency.
- Partner with the media agency to support awareness/consideration advertising campaigns in selected markets and ensure smooth asset delivery with graphic designers.
- Brand guardian to ensure codes and guidelines are consistent across all touch points (digital and retail).
- Analyse KPIs for paid and earned media to evaluate impact and recommend optimisations.
Technical Competencies:
- Min. 5 years of experience in brand and/or B2C product communication and in international campaign development (experience with premium brands is a strong plus).
- Digital native with strong knowledge of digital ecosystems, advertising and paid media, especially in Europe
- Strong communication and writing skills, with a creative mindset and affinity for content and advertising assets creation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and optimisation, with curiosity to explore new solutions for potential adoption.
- Stay ahead of communication trends and drive innovation to reinforce Laurastar’s creative leadership.
- Affinity with premium/luxury brands, design and fashion.
- French and English: strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication; German is a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite to support asset creation is a plus.
