## Description du poste ##

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador Project Leader for our Marketing Department.

As a Brand Ambassador Project Leader within the Communication team, you will spearhead the development and execution of Brand Ambassador programs to enhance the organization's communication and marketing efforts. You will negotiate contract clauses and help draft them. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to foster strong relationships will be critical in driving successful Ambassador partnerships and amplifying brand awareness and engagement.

In this role, your main tasks will be to :

- Develop and implement Brand Ambassador strategies and initiatives to support Communications and Marketing objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Brand Ambassadors, serving as their primary point of contact for their teams
- Coordinate all the Brand Ambassadors- daily requests
- Contract monitoring
- Coordinate Brand Ambassador activities and campaigns - close relationship with PR, Digital and Events teams
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Brand Ambassador programs, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies, measure impact, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices

## Profil ##

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field
Proven experience in Brand Ambassador program, communication strategy, or related roles, preferably within a corporate or agency setting
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in identifying, recruiting, and activating Brand Ambassador
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation
